Delete temporary files on Vista computer

Click Start button then type prefetch in the start search box and click ok .
Select all the files and shift+delete all the files.

Now Click Start button then type %temp% in the start search box and click ok .
Select all the files and shift+delete all the files.

Now Click Start button then type temp in the start search box and click ok .
Select all the files and shift+delete all the files.
